COVID-19 Update

As of June 1, 2020, the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario has given all dental offices the green light to reopen their doors to start providing non-essential and elective care along with essential services, emergency and urgent care.

We have received new guidelines and implemented new infection control protocols to make sure our patients and staff can feel safe.

The safety of all our patients and staff is our number one priority and we will do anything that is necessary to keep everyone safe while in our office.

In the past few weeks, we have worked very hard to adjust our office to the new infection control protocols. Here is a list of things we have done to help our patients feel safe and comfortable when coming to their dental appointment.

Booking Appointments

  • When you call our dental office we will ask you for information regarding your situation, including whether you have recently travelled outside Canada or have any COVID-19 symptoms, an give you advice about the next steps.
  • All patients will receive an email or text with a COVID-19 form to complete and sign before their dental visit.
  • If you need us to make specific arrangements for your visit please let us know in advance.

Patient Check-in

We have implemented a new process to check-in all our patients to keep you and our staff safe.

Please follow these instructions when you visit our office:

  • All patients and guests must wear a mask. A mask can be provided at reception if needed.
  • All patients are asked to call the office to check-in from their car or building lobby.
  • All patients will be required to perform hand hygiene using alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water, as soon as they enter the office.
  • The patients' and guests' temperature will be taken and recorded at their arrival.
  • Patients are not allowed to bring a guest to their appointment unless it is extremely necessary.
  • If you are bringing more than one guest please inform our reception in advance.
  • Children can bring one parent to their appointment.
  • Walk-in appointments are not allowed.

Dentists' Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

When you visit our office you will notice a lot of changes including our awesome new look.

All dentists, hygienists and support staff will be wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, protective eyewear, masks and protective clothing.

Be sure we still are the same awesome people under all this equipment.

Technology And Equipment

Because your safety and the safety of our staff is our number one priority we have acquired new technology and retrofitted our office with special equipment to keep you feeling safe.

Air Purification System

This air purifier is a medical-grade air system considered one of the most advanced on the market.

Acrylic Barriers

We have implemented acrylic barriers on our front desk to keep social distancing in place.

Door Plastic Covers

Door plastic covers have been implemented in all operatories for sterilization purposes.

Disinfectant and protective supplies are available for all patients.
