NEW COVID-19 PROTOCOLS TO KEEP YOU AND YOUR FAMILY SAFE - LEARN MORE
Feb 1, 2021 - As per the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, dental services are permitted to continue during this second province-wide State of Emergency.
We have received new guidelines and implemented new infection control protocols to make sure our patients and staff can feel safe.
The safety of all our patients and staff is our number one priority and we will do anything that is necessary to keep everyone safe while in our office.
People are at greater risk of dental issues because of the additional stress, changes to routine and treatment delays that have been brought on by the pandemic. We are able to provide our dental services to prevent these issues from becoming worse or becoming an emergency.
We have implemented a new process to check-in all our patients to keep you and our staff safe.
Please follow these instructions when you visit our office:
When you visit our office you will notice a lot of changes including our awesome new look.
All dentists, hygienists and support staff will be wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, protective eyewear, masks and protective clothing.
Be sure we still are the same awesome people under all this equipment.
Because your safety and the safety of our staff is our number one priority we have acquired new technology and retrofitted our office with special equipment to keep you feeling safe.
This air purifier is a medical-grade air system considered one of the most advanced on the market.
We have implemented acrylic barriers on our front desk to keep social distancing in place.
Door plastic covers have been implemented in all operatories for sterilization purposes.
Disinfectant and protective supplies are available for all patients.
