We understand that joining a new dental practice can be an important decision, and we strive to make the process seamless and comfortable for our new patients.

Recommended Procedures

A dental exam will help your new dentist better understand your oral health status and create a comprehensive treatment plan.

It’s extremely important to get your teeth cleaned by a professional dental hygienist to remove any plaque your regular toothbrush cannot remove.

You can do the Dental Exam and Dental Cleaning on the same day, depending on our schedule availability.

Transfer of Records

If you have any recent X-rays within a year, we can request them from your previous dental office.

Our dentist will review the X-rays and let you know if we can use them for your examination or if we need to take new ones.

Insurance and Payments

We will submit your dental insurance claims electronically or manually to your insurance provider. You dont have to do any paperwork.

Full payment is expected at the end of the appointment, and your insurance will reimburse you according to your plan.

We recommend having direct deposit set up with your insurance provider so they can reimburse you within 24 or 48 hours.
